Modeling Crystallization Kinetics and Resulting Properties of Polyamide 6

چکیده
This paper provides a model of the crystallization kinetics polyamide 6 (PA6), including primary and secondary crystallization, lamellar thickness distribution, evolution mobile rigid fractions amorphous phase. The includes two-phase structure, monoclinic α-phase pseudo-hexagonal γ-meso phase, which depend on thermal history during solidification. is parameterized with experimental results from literature. layer was only parameter to be estimated. obtained indicate that fraction depends not but also crystalline phase if formed in combination α- or phases. These provide bases for predicting controlling mechanical properties, can strongly processing conditions as, example, experienced injection molding.
